NOTE: Quantities in each
package can be adjusted up or down depending on the anticipated number of guests. You may
choose one of the above packages or make your own menu from our Hor D'Ourves list. You may
also choose to add items to a package from the Hor D’oeuvres list. Dressing areas are
provided. Your wedding can be held indoors or outdoors.
Reception Packages Include:
1. Tables and Cloths for cakes and food tables only
2. Plates, Cups and Flatware-clear plastic, Napkins (solid color napkins)
3. Coffee served from Coffee Cabinet
4. Serving Trays, Punch Bowl, Decorations for reception tables (fresh flowers at
added cost)
5. One bottle of Sparkling White Grape Juice for Bride and Groom
6. Glass plates, glass cups,
and stainless forks
available at added cost
7. White table cloths available for use on patio
tables at added cost
You may choose one of the above packages or make your own menu from our
Hor D `Oeuvres list, or you may choose to add items to a package.
Rent on "The Meadows" for Wedding Reception is $350.00 (Not included in the
above prices). This fee does not apply if wedding
also held at "The Meadows".
Joyce's Catering will provide servers for you at $30.00 per server if you don't
have your own.
Receptions are expected to begin within 15 minutes of appointed time or a fee of
$75.00 per hour will be charged.
*Please inquire about time allowed for personal decorating for
Weddings and/or Receptions.
The Meadows
Payment Schedule and Rules
1. A $100 dollar deposit is required to hold a date for an event at The Meadows.
The deposit is refundable, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, up to 60 days prior
to the date of the scheduled event. There will be no refund if notice of
cancellation is received after the 60 day deadline.
2. The balance due for rental of The Meadows is due 14 days before the event.
A 5% penalty will be added to the balance due if payment is received after
payment due date. Late payments must be in cash. A $30.00 fee will be charged
for all returned checks.
3. If you do not wish to use existing equipment and decorations in The Meadows,
you must make it known to management at the time an event is booked. A $100
change will be added to the rental fee to pay for the cost of removing and
reinstalling equipment and decorations.
4. NO tacks, nails, staples, pins, adhesives or anything that will mar the
woodwork, furniture or building can be used.
5. There will be NO alcoholic beverages or drugs permitted on the property. Any
person appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to
leave.
6. The guest will be responsible for the security of any personal items. We are
not responsible for lost or stolen property. The Meadows is not responsible or
liable for accidents.
7. Any broken items or damages to the The Meadows must be replaced at full
value.
8. The throwing of rice is not recommended. Birdseed or bubbles may be used
outside the building.
9. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the building, but is permitted on the patio.
Ashtrays are available and guest are requested to use them.
10. No Pets Allowed!
11. We request that children be supervised at all times.
12. Tax and Gratuity will be added.

The Meadows
I have been advised that "The Meadows" is a non-alcoholic facility; this
includes the facilities, grounds and parking area. At the sole discretion of
Management, any guest violating this policy may be asked to leave. In the event
of misconduct, theft, drug use, damage to property, obscenity, etc. "The
Meadows" has the right to dismiss any ongoing function (or persons) without
refund.
I hereby agree to hold harmless "The Meadows by Joyce's Catering", it's staff
and employees from any damage whatsoever arising as a result of the violation of
this policy.
