"I had just started my new job with R. J. M. McQueen Construction Company, when my new employer found out it was my birthday.  The office ordered a Chocolate Nut Cake from Joyce's Catering. It was so delicious, and it reminded me of the old fashioned chocolate nut cake my grandmother used to make. We always order cakes for special occasions from Joyce's. Not only are they beautifully decorated, we have found that we can always count on them to be fresh and delicious, too. And on Wednesdays we just about always order their lunch. They serve the best food."

Linda continues, "Each year our company is inspected by the Department of Transportation. One year the DOT inspector came down and we treated him to one of Joyce's fresh coconut cakes. He went on and on about how good it was, and later called back to find out where the cake came from and how he could order one." She laughed, "Now, I wouldn't want to imply that Joyce's coconut cake influenced his decisions, but we sure did pass that inspection with flying colors!"
